About the CompanyOur client is a prominent company in the Building Materials and Industrial Products sector.They specialize in providing value-added solutions, backed by a robust supply chain and strong technical support.Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Set up and lead the Modern Trade team, handling recruitment, training, and KPI settingBusiness Growth: Identify new opportunities in modern trade channels and manage key customer relationships to achieve sales targetsStrategy & Performance: Formulate pricing and promotional strategies, negotiate trading terms, and manage trade marketing budgetsAnalysis & Insights: Analyze sales statistics, campaign performance, and market data to optimize budget use and stay current with consumer and competitor trendsCollaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to execute successful trade initiativesExperience requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or account management within the related industries
  • Proven experience in handling modern trade accounts and managing trade-related projects
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
