With a strong presence across Asia, they currently partner with over 80 organizations, primarily operating in China, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand. The company's headquarters is based in Shenzhen, China.They are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team. This role will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential partners in Thailand, gaining a deep understanding of their capabilities, and developing business strategies to initiate and grow partnerships.The successful candidate will also oversee onboarding and training for new partners, ensuring that individual monthly and quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved.Responsibilities for Business Development Executive:
  • Lead sourcing and identification of potential partners in Thailand to join the platform.
  • Obtain detailed understanding of potential partners, build business strategy to start cooperation with the partners and training new partners onboard.
  • Stay abreast of market trends in the fast-evolving social network industry.
  • Monthly and quarterly individual sales and business performance reporting.
  • Timely and efficient hand-over of new partners to customer success team.
Qualifications for Business Development Executive:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the advertising and marketing industry.
  • Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
  • Strong knowledge of the Thai market and a good understanding of relevant legal policies knowing what is permitted and what is not is a strong advantage.
  • Strong cross-departmental coordination skills, with extensive experience in customer communication, business negotiation, and effective presentation.
  • Capable of managing multiple urgent tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure and adaptability.
  • Creative, energetic, and brings a positive attitude.
