Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on delivering high-quality software
Oversee backend and frontend architecture and ensure scalable, secure systems
Drive the implementation of modern DevOps practices
Review and guide code development, ensuring best practices across the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Leadership teams
Mentor and develop a growing tech team
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on backend experience in Python (or Java, JavaScript, or Golang)
Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular)
Experience leading engineering teams of 5+ members for at least 23 years
Proven experience in feature delivery, system design, and architectural planning
Strong grasp of DevOps tools and methodologies
International work experience is required
Stable career history (no frequent job-hopping)
Strong motivation to relocate to Bangkok (if overseas)
