Position: QA/QC Manager/ QMRSalary: 60,000 - 80,000 THB / monthWelfares: Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and othersLocation: Amata City, RayongWorking Day: Monday to FridayResponsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.Supervise inspection processes and ensure product conformity.Analyze defect trends and implement corrective/preventive actions.Maintain QC documentation and calibration records.Act as the lead for the Quality Management System (QMS).Represent the company during external audits and customer visits.Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with company goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in QA/QC within the automotive industry.5+ years in a managerial or QMR role.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and quality tools (e.g., 5S, 7 QC tools).Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Thai.
