Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts.
Supervises subordinates which include test engineers and technicians to perform their functions.
Test Yield monitoring and yield improvement
Root cause analysis and Failure Analysis
Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions.
Budget planning
Knows your customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them.
Experience requirements
Experience in electronic testing within an EMS or related manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electronics testing principles, circuit design, and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience using test equipment
Strong background in testing with Optical product or Transceiver product
Excellent communication skills, with experience in documenting test procedures, results, and analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to electronics and acoustic challenges.
