At AnyMind Thailand, we are committed to delivering seamless and efficient e-commerce operations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive, E-commerce Operations to lead our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our online retail activities.What You'll Do
Liaising with designers, developers, and other third parties to ensure the development of e-commerce sites meets the company's standards
Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as customer satisfaction, revenue generation potential, and conversion rates
Assisting with product development and pricing strategy for new products or services
Evaluating website performance to determine which elements are performing well and which need improvement
Managing inventory levels by placing orders with suppliers or manufacturers based on projected sales volume
Working with customers to resolve issues or concerns related to orders that have already been placed
Managing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, including customer service, inventory management, marketing efforts, and financial planning
Developing strategic plans for improving the company's e-commerce presence over time to increase sales and conversions
Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies to improve sales and customer service, such as creating online promotions or new product offerings
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree
Experience in using AI for work is required.
Over than 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Marketplace or E-Commerce Solution Company
Knowledgeable about E-Commerce Trend and E-Commerce Marketplace in Thailand
Capable in managing & executing total E-Commerce operation.
Good command in English language
