About the CompanyOur client is a global beverage company. Now, they are seeking a Field Sales Manager who will manage a high-performance team to meet and exceed targets within their geographic territory, which includes Off Premise channel.Job Responsibilities
  • Coach Sales Activators to embed selling principles and improve in-store standards
  • Manage team resources to achieve efficient territory coverage and meet business plan targets
  • Analyze team performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Optimize routes for field sales representatives to maximize customer visits
  • Lead promotional campaigns and align product placement strategies with sales objectives
  • Travel requirement, 50% of work involves visiting clients
Experience requirements
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performance sales team
  • Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions and improve sales tactics
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to enhance in-store execution
  • Ability to plan efficient routes and schedule to streamline operations
  • Experience in fostering relationships with field forces and sales representatives
