แม้ว่าที่จอดรถจะเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อการดำเนินชีวิตของสังคม แต่ยังมีเพียงไม่กี่องค์กรที่มุ่งมั่นแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาวงการนี้อย่างจริงจัง สำหรับ NPD เรามองว่าพื้นที่จอดรถคือทรัพย์สินที่มีคุณค่าและศักยภาพ พร้อมยกระดับบริการให้เทียบเท่ามาตรฐานชั้นนำ โดยมุ่งเปลี่ยนบทบาทของการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถให้มีส่วนร่วมต่อการพัฒนาสังคมอย่างยั่งยืนนอกเหนือจากธุรกิจที่จอดรถ เรายังขยายบริการเพื่อตอบโจทย์สังคมไทยในหลายด้าน เช่น การสนับสนุนบริษัทญี่ปุ่นที่เข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศไทย และการให้บริการตรวจสอบสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสำคัญของสังคมผ่านการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างสร้างสรรค์

"Project Manager will be in charge of one NPD Parking. Basically, everything about that project will be under your responsibility. You will conduct daily operation and also keep improving NPD Parking following our operation philosophy ""3S""To Sales up
1. Serve Tenant Inquiry and keep good communication & relationship with them
2. Approach surrounding building & people to invite them to our parking (monthly,daily,hourly user)
3. To analyze parking situation (vacancy, No. of user, Profit & Loss) to find chance to increase sales 4. Manage price / Increasing price together with market price or our investment to parking environment
To Service up
1. Conduct Daily Operation ( Daily report, incidend report ) to both Building owner side and Company side
2. Take care of cashier shift and keep training to maintain and improve company service standard
3. Be in charge of investment / maintenance to our parking facilities (Parking system, CCTV, Car guidance)
To Security up
1. Conduct Daily Patrol with security company & building management team to keep safe of our parking
2. To keep our parking system / security system up to date collaborating with supplier【Qualification】
- Male or Female/ 22 - 35
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in operational work at least 2 years will be an advantage
- Good looking & good personality / mature / active / leadership / service-mind / love challenging / initiative / Communication
- Be able to use a PC and Microsoft Office
- Serious individual with a positive thinking
- Good command of Business English
- Japanese language skills will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome
