Oversee the governance of business applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Develop and maintain application governance frameworks and policies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure application compliance and security.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT outsourcing partners, to manage application incidents and requests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance application functionality and performance.
Ensure SAP functional areas are effectively managed and optimized.
Provide training and support to users on application governance best practices.
Monitor and report on application governance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 2.70 for a Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a Master's degree
Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above, or English proficiency at B1 level or higher (If no test score is available, the test can be taken later).
2-3 years of experience in application management, including incident and request coordination with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of application governance and management principles.
Familiarity with SAP functional modules and their integration.(SAP functional experience is appreciated.)
