Quality Engineer

• Lead and implement 5S and safety activities using PDCA methodology.

• Lead, monitor and improve production quality control processes.

• Drive lean initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.

• Develop and maintain standardized work processes (WIs, WPS, Step Checks).

• Manage document control systems to ensure up-to-date production documentation.

• Oversee fixture control systems, including design collaboration and maintenance.

• Monitor daily quality performance on shop floor

• Implement and manage incoming / in-process inspection and internal or external testing.

• Coordinate with suppliers for incoming quality issues.

• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Cooperate with the shop floor and the departments concerned to achieve the quality target through the quality improvement team activities.

• Maintain and follow the QAS systems.

• Perform the job assignment as required by head of department.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

• Knowledge of Lean principles and process improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Strong foundation in Quality Engineering principles

• Proficiency in Lean methodology and P-FMEA

• Experience with quality systems and CAD software

• Solid English communication skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
