Service Engineer - IVD Medical Device

• Business Management: Oversee the delivery and support of laboratory software and hardware solutions, handle LIS and IT issues, contribute to building regional service capabilities, and assist in project planning and execution.
• Product Management: Monitor usage of TLA service products, identify high-value customer needs, drive product improvements, and implement advanced product features.
• Customer Management: Develop and tailor service solutions for different customer segments and provide technical support during implementation.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, marketing, and clients to coordinate resources, support demand planning, ensure smooth project delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in communication, electronics, or biomedical engineering.
• Experience 3-5 years in Service Engineering within an IVD medical device company.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory software and hardware solutions, including LIS and IT issue management; ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent skills for providing clear guidance to clients and colleagues; good communicative English.
• Proactive problem-solving, commitment to continuous learning, and flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
