Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor and maintain financial records for accuracy and completeness.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as required by management.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Retail Finance Back Office (RFBO) professional should have:
A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the FMCG industry.
