About the CompanyOur client is a German technology company specializing in the wholesale of engineering goods, with a focus on telecommunications equipment and devices. They also offer services in the repair and maintenance of electronic and precision equipment.Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of sales management and business activities to achieve targets and expand market share in the telecommunication, government, and regulatory sectors.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow key relationships with government/regulatory and major accounts.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into long-term customers, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates on forecasts, pipeline status, performance, and market trends.
  • Prepare quotations, lead contract negotiations, and close deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, technical, regulatory, and service teams.
  • Maintain market awareness and competitor intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Account Manager in telecom, government, or regulatory sectors.
  • Proven success in managing government accounts and driving regulatory approvals.
  • Strong understanding of telecom testing technologies and certification processes.
  • High integrity, business acumen, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with spectrum monitoring, compliance testing, or RF performance solutions.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strategic thinker with execution capability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
