About the CompanyA leading global company in the high-performance materials and industrial technology space is seeking a talented Regional Sales Director to lead its commercial growth strategy across Southeast Asia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing regional sales strategy, building key customer relationships, and delivering strong revenue growth and market share expansion.As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead and manage the regional sales team with full responsibility for sales growth, operating margin expansion, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers, ensure adherence to internal sales processes, and build a high-performing and engaged sales force.Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement breakthrough sales strategies that drive year-over-year growth across ASEAN.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the country sales teams to achieve KPIs and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and applications, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and negotiate major contracts.
  • Drive CRM utilization for pipeline tracking and performance visibility.
  • Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, EHS standards, and customer expectations.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering , Science background (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial) is highly desirable.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales Management, ideally in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales performance and team leadership.
  • Skilled in strategic selling, value-based sales, negotiation, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage across different markets and cultures in ASEAN.
  • Excellent communication in English; other regional languages are a plus.
  • Open to extensive regional travel (up to 60%).
