Align project operations with company vision, policy, and goals.
Plan and manage projects to meet agreed customer expectations within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Supervise production and installation activities and coordinate with clients and all involved parties.
Organize internal meetings to resolve operational challenges effectively.
Ensure readiness of equipment, tools, and vehicles for project execution.
Collaborate with design teams to modify designs as per client needs using software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and contractor fees.
Control expenditures and monitor site installation progress.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Event Management, or related fields.
At least 5 years' experience in booth production, installation, or relevant construction work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD).
Familiar with building materials and project supervision.
Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
