Plan and control the production process by coordinating with management and relevant departments to set targets and execute according to the plan.
Plan and oversee quality assurance operations, covering raw material inspection, production processes, and finished products.
Control and develop product quality systems to align with customer requirements and company strategy.
Manage the procurement of chemicals and equipment for quality control, ensuring necessity and cost-effectiveness.
Supervise and monitor the performance of the Quality Control and R&D departments.
Oversee the raw material inspection process and summarize evaluation results for relevant departments.
Plan and coordinate training for staff to understand quality systems and customer requirements such as SWA, SQMS, and FSA.
Manage and coordinate internal and external audits from customers and regulatory bodies.
Meet with customers when assigned to explain and receive feedback regarding quality issues.
Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Project departments on matters directly related to quality.
Evaluate quality-related performance, including defect resolution and quality-impacting projects.
Manage and implement quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, including systems used in affiliate companies (CPP).
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in quality and production planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, HACCP, GMP, RSPO).
Experience with audits, calibration, and ERP systems.
Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
