Monitor and assess vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, networks).
Lead incident response efforts for cyber threats.
Develop and enforce IT security policies and standards.
Secure industrial control systems from unauthorized access and cyber risks.
Design and manage network segmentation between IT and OT environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and mitigate cyber risks in production lines.
Coordinate physical access controls for critical OT equipment.
Plan and test security patches for OT systems with minimal impact on operations.
Travel between factory sites to ensure consistent security standards.
Act as a liaison between IT and engineering teams across locations.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience in cybersecurity, especially in industrial environments
Strong knowledge of IT security tools
Familiarity with OT/ICS protocols
Strong decision-making and risk management abilities
