Accounting and Finance Manager (The Cubic Fitness/Affiliated Company)

• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, ensure sufficient liquidity, and optimize the company's financial resources.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local accounting standards (e.g., TFRS).
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements: profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records.
• Manage and supervise the accounting and finance team to ensure effective performance and continuous development.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance on accounting and finance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to tax filing and accounting practices.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax submissions (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant bodies.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions.
• Present insights on financial performance, trends, and variances to senior management.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• At least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Experience in the Service Industry and Multi-Branch Business Management
• Understanding of corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (MAX Force) and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, costing, and business performance.
