Drive sustainable growth and profitability of the tender business across the southeast asia and oceania
Lead and manage tender processes including RFI and spot quotes.
Support the tender center in handling RFQ, RFP, and e-Auction procedures.
Coordinate RFQ operations by collecting and validating rate submissions from each countries.
Analyze customer tender requirements and translate them into accurate pricing and solution documents.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance across platforms like TM Analytics, SharePoint, and benchmarking databases.
Supervise and assist pricing executives to ensure task completion and adherence to deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in tender management and pricing operations from freight forwarding and multi-modal logistics
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in pricing tools and software, as well as standard office applications.
Good command in English
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
