It plays a vital role in promoting Japanese business activities in Thailand and fostering collaboration between Japanese and Thai communities.Job Responsibilities1.Seminar and Event Planning
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, and networking events for member companies.
  • Handle logistics such as venue booking, speaker arrangements, participant registration, and on-site support.
  • Prepare event materials and assist with smooth execution on the day of the event.
2. Coordination with Thai Government and Economic Organizations
  • Arrange meetings and dialogues with Thai government agencies and economic institutions.
  • Manage schedules, prepare agendas, and support communication between JCC and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with Thai counterparts.
3. Meeting Documentation
  • Take accurate meeting minutes during internal and external meetings.
  • Summarize discussions and decisions in clear and professional English.
  • Distribute meeting summaries to relevant parties in a timely manner.
4. Document and Material Preparation
  • Create presentation materials, reports, and official documents in English or Thai.
  • Translate documents when necessary and ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support the preparation of publications and newsletters.
5. Reception and Communication
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide basic information and direct visitors to appropriate staff members.
6. Other Administrative Tasks
  • Assist with member database management and updates.
  • Support website and social media updates.
  • Help with annual reports, surveys, and other publications.
  • Perform general office duties and support team operations as needed
Experience requirements
  • Experience of working in Japanese companies or Japan related organizations
  • Had Experiences Customer Relations related field.
  • Making the draft of presentation documents and summary reports of some meetings
