Sales & Marketing:
  • Oversee the sales and marketing strategy to ensure target achievement.
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers and customers to enhance business performance.
  • Establish pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Operations & Supply Chain Management:
  • Ensure efficient inventory and supply chain management to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline the sourcing and distribution process.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Product Development & Innovation:
  • Work with R&D and product teams to enhance existing products and develop new ones.
  • Identify market needs and introduce innovative solutions to gain competitive advantage.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Financial & Budget Management:
  • Manage P&L responsibility and budget planning for the business unit.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Prepare financial reports and present business insights to top management.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure staff training and development to align with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business unit management, trading, or sales within agriculture tools or engineering tooling sectors.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in supply chain management and product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
