DaoEG works closely with Baan Dek Foundation's women empowerment program to empower skills and generate extra income for marginalized women and mothers living in urban slums. DaoEG produces customizable products that offer a meaningful alternative to traditional corporate gifts. The ethical gifting business model of DaoEG, provides a platform, promoting sustainability and boosts women’s economic empowerment. The Sales Administrator will play an essential role in DaoEG by growing sales, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle and client relationships. You will work closely with various staff under DaoEG to carry out your mission.Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Type of Contract: Full-time employment position (with open end contract)
Department: DaoEG
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Expected Start Date: July 2025Key responsibilities of this position will entail but are not limited to the following
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, proposals, contracts, presentations, and related tasks.
  • Coordinating sales activities to align with the company's goals.
  • Processing and preparing sales orders, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Ensuring all sales materials are up to date as per management decisions (product catalog, price lists, presentations).
  • Ensure that you represent, organize, engage, and attract customers to the company's booth at markets and fairs.
  • Any other sales-related tasks delegated by the Dao Ethical Gifts manager.
  • Customer Service:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
  • Managing customer accounts and updating records in the CRM system.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain sales records, databases, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to review and process bills, invoices, and payment requests, and other financial-related tasks.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Manage communication within the sales department and with other departments.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, HR, and finance within Baan dek Foundation
  • Coordinating promotional activities and sales events.
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new sales staff.
  • Inventory and Order Management:
  • Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and coordinating with the production and finance teams in Chiang Mai.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and managing order fulfillment processes.
By efficiently handling these tasks, a Sales Admin enables the sales team to focus on their primary objective of selling products or services and achieving sales targets. They play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving overall sales efficiency.Your ProfileQUALIFICATIONS
Language requirements: Fluent in Thai and Good command of written and spoken English.
Education/ Experience:
  • Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or a similar background.
  • Working knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Professional experience in sales and/or marketing (min. 1-2 years of experience)
Working hours: Full time - Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and evenings
