Job Responsibilities
- Interpret live during meetings between Japanese managers and Thai staff. - Support Japanese managers during site visits and production floor walk-throughs. - Summarize and translate meeting minutes for internal use and follow-ups. - Provide on-site interpretation across departments by moving between sections as needed. - Ensure Thai teams clearly understand Japanese instructions and policy updates. - Act as a liaison between Japanese management and Thai production or engineering teams. - Perform other interpretation and coordination tasks as assigned - Other tasks as assigned by the managerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Japanese or any related field - At least 5 years of experience as an Interpreter in any manufacturing - Business level in Japanese JLPT N1 (Communicate with the Japanese team and Management and interpret for Thai members) - Conversational Middle level in English (use for email, documents, and any requested report) - Flexible for an ad-hog task assigned by the Japanese Management - Able to work under pressure - Able to work on Saturday
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Textile Manufacturing - Experience in studying in Japan
