- Experience creating short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, FB, Lemon8) and long-form content for YouTube
- Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and audience behavior
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and scripts aligned with brand messaging
- Passionate about psychology, mental health, and wellness storytelling
- Background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Production, or hands-on experience in production sets (on-location shooting)
- Fast learner, adaptable to new formats and trends
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, both remotely and flexibly
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, or creative fields
- Preferred: Experience working with startups, healthcare companies, or mental health organizations
