- Oversee supply chain strategy, procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
- Manage multi-site food production facilities and support automation and engineering initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP) and maintain strong quality systems.
- Lead continuous improvement in efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
- Translate business goals into operational strategies and develop high-performing teams.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years of senior leadership in food manufacturing or FMCG, ideally with export or ODM/OEM experience.
- Experience with Bakery, Pastry, Dessert of Food Manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, supply chain optimization, and quality management.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
