• Thai nationality, male or female.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a property management company.
• Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
• Familiar with Thai property management-related laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing condominium or hotel-type properties is preferred.
• Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Take full responsibility for the daily operational management of the property project to ensure service quality.
• Establish property management rules and regulations, and optimize work processes.
• Supervise the property team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and handle owners' and tenants' complaints as well as emergencies.
• Prepare property budget plans and control costs.
• Maintain good communication with local government departments, suppliers, and relevant organizations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and normal operation.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the company.
