Job Description
1. 90% sourcing new customers and penetrating new markets - Research market and investigate market size to meet potential customers and competitors - Present the company's product and service, and get a new RFQ (Request for Quotation) - Prepare quotations for other markets such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and others - Including quotations for products, options, and service parts of the company - Build a good relationship with potential customers - Make a quotation and negotiate with the customers 2. 10% Take care of existing customers - Continue building and maintaining trust with existing clients - Responsible for debt collection to ensure timely payments from customers - Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues promptly - Manage and coordinate the shipping of testing and production materials and parts efficiently 3. Other tasks as assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development from Machinery Products from Trading / Manufacturing - Experience in hunting and finding new customers or penetrating new markets - Conversational High Level in English (work with Japanese, expand the business to foreign customers, and documentation) - Able to travel upcountry and stay overnight as necessary for visiting customers - Able to travel domestically and internationally on a routine basis - Driving license for visiting customers (Company's car support)
