Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify target markets, penetration strategies, and pricing models to maximize revenue
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for commercial kitchen equipment
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients
- Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Provide insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Monitor progress against targets and report to senior leadership
- Develop deep knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Understand technical specifications, applications, and customer benefits
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Over 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management role
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the food service or commercial kitchen equipment industry
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical understanding of kitchen equipment and its applications
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships
