Head of Sales - HORECALocation: Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify target markets, penetration strategies, and pricing models to maximize revenue
Team Leadership
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for commercial kitchen equipment
Sales Presentations
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients
  • Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions
Market Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Provide insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Monitor progress against targets and report to senior leadership
Product Expertise
  • Develop deep knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Understand technical specifications, applications, and customer benefits
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Over 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management role
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the food service or commercial kitchen equipment industry
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technical understanding of kitchen equipment and its applications
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships
