We're hiring a Senior IP Counsel to lead our global IP program-covering trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and domains. You'll set strategy, secure registrations, resolve disputes, and ensure our core assets are protected and monetised.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop annual filing and renewal strategy by territory, class, and budgetOversee clearance, filings (national and Madrid), renewals, and recordals; target ?90% registration successManage oppositions, UDRP/URS cases, settlements, and multi-jurisdiction disputesDraft and negotiate IP clauses in licensing, M&A, and tech agreementsMonitor and act on brand misuse across digital platformsMaintain audit-ready records and provide regular risk reporting to senior leadershipMentor junior team members and improve SOPs to cut legal cycle time and costRequirementsLL.B./JD and active legal licence in at least one jurisdiction7+ years of international IP experience, including prosecution and disputesProven success in contested matters and tech transactionsFluent English; other Asian or EU language a plusProficiency in Corsearch, MarkMonitor, or similar platformsCompensation and GrowthSenior-tier base salary benchmarked to top-quartile local marketAnnual bonus tied to KPI performanceFast-track potential to Deputy Head of IP or Regional IP Lead within 18-24 months
