Oversee and manage all tax compliance processes, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
Provide tax planning strategies to optimise company finances while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Prepare and review tax reports and filings for accuracy and timeliness.
Act as a key contact for tax audits and liaise with external tax advisors and government authorities.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with tax-related insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax-efficient business operations.
Develop and implement best practices for tax processes and documentation.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Tax Manager should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification in taxation or accounting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
Proven experience in tax compliance and planning within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
