Drive strategic workforce planning aligned with production goals
Optimize organizational structure and manage manpower forecasting
Use HR analytics and systems (HRIS) for data-driven decision-making
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Lead recruitment strategies for factory and office roles
Build talent pipelines through schools, universities, and job platforms
Develop onboarding, engagement, and retention programs
Performance Management & Development:
Oversee performance appraisal systems for all levels
Identify training needs and drive employee development initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What We're Looking For:
15+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or factory settings
Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, safety regulations, and grievance procedures
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
Proficient in HR systems (HRIS) and HR data analysis
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
