Key responsibilities include the following:1.Targeted OEE Rate for production (incl. finishing, cutting, sewing & wrapping) machine2.Cost control within budget3. accident injuries for maintenance team and on site contractorFunctional Job ActivitiesActivity 1: Machine installation, commissioning and maintenanceGoal Ensure targeted OEE rate are met.Preventive Maintenance:1.Follow up preventive maintenance plan and schedule2.check lists are in place and train the mechanical and electrical follow the regular check rigorously.3.Ensure timely trouble shooting through internal maintenance forces and outsourced services with high customer satisfaction.4.Follow up of immediate superior assignActivity 2: Safety and on site contractor managementGoalManage on site engineering activity is conducted in a safe and secure way through prior training and education1.Ensures all the on site construction or machine installation related activities are in line with safety and environment as well as secure requirement through training and education to the workers.2. Makes sure all the outsourced contractors (workers) have insured for themselves and declared theirActivity 3:Goal1.Improvement , develop and corrective to increase efficiency of machines willing to share knowledge2.Response pollution of environment system controller3.Employee Relations4.Maintains amiable, respectful working relationships with co-workers both inside and outside the DepartmentQualifications1.Diploma background for over 5 years, prefer major electrical or mechanical.2.Above 5 yr. equipment technical3.Knowledge about energy and machine4.Knowledge Understanding on industrial on System (IATF16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001,etc.)Advantages Of Working At LearLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.
