• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

• Engages line/process/department personnel in all phases of improvement efforts.

• Identifies bottlenecks, define and implement action plan to address them or escalates when appropriate.

• Ensure team alignment with company objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Provide clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.

• Monitor and optimize daily operations, ensuring processes are efficient and align with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve bottlenecks.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovations that enhance productivity.

• Leverage on Lean, SPC, TQM, and Six Sigma in cost reduction initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management or a related fields.

• At least 10 years in Automotive Industry with knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools by Lean & Six Sigma concept.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and drive change.

• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines.

• Understanding of change management principles and experience in guiding teams through process changes.
