Implement and review payroll systems for accurate processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions, ensuring legal compliance.
Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee HR information systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Experience requirements
At least 15 years of experience in an HR managerial position.
Several years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
Expertise in strategic planning.
Experience as an HR consultant is required.
Expert knowledge of common HRIS.
Strong skills in conflict resolution and change management.
Strong grasp of project management.
Collaborative and client-centric mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
Education requirements
A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
