Design Engineer - High Speed Hardware (Base in Buriram)

• Design, development, and delivery of digital and analogue circuit PCB design with an emphasis on high-speed analogue and digital design.
• Maintenance and updating of the releases for PCBA designs and production files in internal databases.
• Design and development of test jigs and fixtures for PCBA testing and calibration.
• Selection and recommendation of critical and alternative components for new and existing PCBA designs.
• Work as an active member of the Thailand Product Engineering team and the wider Global Product Engineering team. Clear proactive communication, escalating where needed to achieve goals.
• Investigation of product performance issues and defects. Carrying out root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions.
• Stay up to date with high-speed design and design verification techniques and technology trends, bringing in new approaches thereby improving product performance, reliability, time to market and cost.

• Bachelor level qualification in Electronics Engineering.
• Has excellent attention to detail, a methodical approach to problem solving and demonstrates the ability to consistently produce top quality outcomes.
• Solid, demonstrable, experience developing high speed analogue and digital hardware design, including modelling, verification, and validation. 3 years plus professional experience
• English and Thai language proficiency, with strong, confident English and (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrates excellent communication, self-management, and documentation skills. Takes ownership of a project or problem and can be relied upon to complete it, working with others as needed to deliver key outcomes.
