Close cooperation with the Project Manager in planning, preparation and execution of the site.
Organization of the subcontractors e.g., BOP works supervision, QA documentation check, weekly follow-up meetings, erection strategy.
Overseeing and controlling civil and electrical BOP works in anticipation of turbine delivery.
Make decisions regarding site activities and priorities on a daily basis.
Be First contact for all parties being active on site such as subcontractors, suppliers, and any other personnel on site by building up a strong relationship with the aforementioned parties.
Define time schedules for the management of the site and monitor and safeguard required level of quality throughout erection, finishing and commissioning works.
Oversee and control civil, mechanical, and electrical site works in anticipation with turbine delivery and in accordance with given time frame.
Lead the arrival at site, erection, and commissioning of the wind turbines in order to assure the hand over to the customer service team on-time and in good quality.
Close Cooperation and communicate periodically with the correspondent Logistic Manager and/or the logistic company involved in the delivery of goods.
Organization of the Toolbox Talk on a daily basis to keep all leaders coordinated, updated and informed about daily tasks and HSE issues, as well as monitor the related documentation.
Instruct, control, and manage personnel at site, subcontractors and all suppliers at the site including erection and transportation companies.
Control costs and provide the Project Manager with all necessary reports and feedback regarding progress of works, support for claims for extension of time and/or costs to our customers and suppliers, installed equipment, HSE and quality issues at site.
Support the Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager in contract and claim management towards clients and suppliers.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 12 years' working experience (Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and Minimum 3 years' experience in the renewable energy business, such as solar rooftop, solar farm, etc.)
Experience in the management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office to include MS Project, AutoCAD.
Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, tools, and strong contractual knowledge.
Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
Strong leadership experiences and management skills.
Be able to work in the Southern area of Thailand. (Yala, Pattani, Satun, Naradhiwas, Songkhla)
Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad.
Fluent in English both written and verbal. (Minimum 600 TOEIC score)
