  • Creating and managing the regional design review calendar
  • Assist the Design Managers with Bluebeam design reviews at each RIBA stage, especially ensuring comments are formally closed out.
  • Assist the Design Manager with the MCE Process.
  • Manage the compilation of the regional Design KPIs
  • Managing the regional lesson learn process on projects
  • Supporting the Design managers with the implementation of the other Design Process.
  • Work with the project teams to collect all project level KPIs
  • Compile the KPIs into regional dashboard / reports
  • Work will project team to identify action plans to improve KPI performance
  • Support the Regional Design lead to track all regional design deliverables
  • Create and Manage regional design dashboard / trackers.
  • Proactively follow up with the Design team to ensure timely closure of design milestones.
  • Create a program for the review and updating of all Global Design Standards and Guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Engineering Diploma preferably in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or with equivalent work experience
  • Competent with creating reports / dashboards and data management.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet’s is preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinated with colleagues regionally with different cultures and languages abilities
  • Person should effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
