Job DescriptionOpportunity for a Masters in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related with prior experience in NGS Technology and Platforms to join as FAS responsible for technical support in Thailand; pre-sales and after-sales support, participate in product use guidance and product promotion for KOL customersRole:
Responsible for market analysis in Thailand, including competitive product analysis, market activities and KOL management
Assist in collection of product information and product demand feedback, supporting development and upgrading of products and promotion of overseas market
Participate in International and domestic industry meetings, collect industry technical information, summarize and share info with team, helping them to grow
Help formulate and implement regional sales targets, organize academic exchange meetings etc. and support product promotion of sales team
Interpret product-related literature meta, formulate scientific research plan, interpret field and industry related literature, familiarize with research progress
Product technical training, industry progress and literature sharing with sales team
Support local clients with experiment and trouble shooting as a field application scientist
