Work in a team of other reservation agents. Entirely handle reservations for hotels, tour packages and services from our international tour operators in reservation system and collaborate with other colleagues from product, service and accounting departments.Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of reservation experience in travel agency or hotel preferred
- Good English communication of both writing and spoken
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Customer-centric with a commitment to high standard of service delivery
- High attention to detail & strong time/priority management skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Experience to communicate and work with foreign nationals
