- Assist the business development team in identifying, onboarding, and supporting external partners such as affiliates and referral agents.
- Conduct market research to uncover potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Manage daily communications with partners, keeping them informed about relevant products, services, and company initiatives.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely support and ensure a seamless experience for partners.
- Participate in internal training programs and industry events as required.
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), plus fluency in either Thai, Malay, or Korean; strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in business development, account management, or sales support, preferably in fast-paced or digital industries.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a commercial capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through on tasks.
