Develop spa products and source crafts in line with Banyan Groups Brand Standards.
Analyze sales records, customer feedback, and market trends to support new product development.
Collaborate with Spa & Gallery teams in Thailand and overseas for product updates, information, and visual merchandising (VM).
Work closely with suppliers and distributors to negotiate pricing and ensure top-tier quality.
