Sales & Product Development - Food Products

• Develop new ready-to-eat food recipes based on market trends and customer needs
• Coordinate with production to ensure product quality and optimize efficiency
• Present products, manage existing accounts, and acquire new customers
• Handle other related tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year in food/frozen food sales and 3 years in product development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, proactive, and adaptable
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of food standards, regulations, and documentation
• Flexible and responsive to dynamic work situations
