Responsible for SPX Operations OKR - Delivery Time and Delivered SLA Commitment % - handle key stakeholders in lens with SPX delivery standards and performance
Identify key metrics to monitor Linehaul, Lastmile and overall E2E performance (responsible for performance from Sorting Center to Customer's hand)
Drive multiple strategic improvement initiatives including develop hypothesis, align stakeholders, generate insights, and determine action plan, ensuring ground level feasibility and scalability
Develop monitoring dashboard and management level KPI
Identify potential improvement opportunities
Actively monitor initiative progress for impact analysis
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders ranges from management to ground level across local and regional offices
Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistic, Express, Analyst, PMO or Consulting is a plus
Background in logistics or express business; specialization in network planning is a plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Strong analytical skills, including critical and logical thinking, as well as optimization.
Strong analytical skills to conduct data-driven decisions and develop strong business acumen for improvement initiatives
Proficient in project management office (PMO) methodologies.
