Job Responsibilities1. Consolidate business and pricing data across all functions for the pricing management system2. Analyze pricing structures across diverse products to identify pricing leakages3. Master the pricing management system and develop training programs to enhance staff competency4. Formulate new commercial strategies to improve profitability5. Evaluate commercial deals for product sales to enhance sales performance6. Develop regular analytical reports on product pricing and sales performance7. Support commercial execution and systematize the customer negotiation process with all commercial teams to improve strategy implementation success8. Co-develop a master commercial platform for performance analysis and systematic price setting to support future growth in step-out businesses9. Assist commercial teams in product price and volume negotiations to increase the success rate of strategy executionQualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Economics, Petrochemical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum GPA: 2.75
TOEIC score: 600 or above
35 years of experience in the petroleum or petrochemical industry, particularly in economics, planning, or commercial roles
Strong understanding of commercial and business processes, including customer purchasing behavior
Skilled in large data processing, strategic analysis, and interpersonal communication
Curious, analytical, and capable of setting effective strategies
