Senior Financial & Account Executive (ICT Business)

Non-trade outstanding balance and record all purchase (selling and admin expenses) invoices for Local and Overseas into the system and reconcile accrued accounts related to account payables and other.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure invoices are properly coded with proper supporting documents and reviews for payment
- Prepare invoices for payment process
- Record Fixed Asset in system, calculate depreciation and Physical Checking.
- Reconcile accrued accounts related to account payables and other
- Monitor Account Payable (AP) Trade, Non-trade outstanding balance
- Process “Regional Corporate Approval” into system
- Liaison with external & internal auditors & Revenue Department officer
- Other assignments as required by supervisor.
- Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 THB （Depend on skill and Experience）

- At least 3 years of working experiences in accounting field.
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Axapta (AX) system will be an advantage
- Good for Microsoft Office, computer skills i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High responsibilities, enthusiastic person, and can work under pressure
