Indirect Procurement (Materials Sourcing & Equipment)

About the CompanyOur client is a global manufacturing supplier of equipment and materials for FMCG, food, and healthcare.Job Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for indirect materials and equipment, ensuring alignment with technical and operational requirements.
Handle operational purchasing tasks as assigned, including categories such as logistics, warehousing, IT, and corporate services.
Identify and qualify suppliers across domestic and international markets to support business needs.
Manage RFQ processes, analyze bids, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Finalize sourcing decisions and contracts in compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
Execute competitive bidding events such as e-auctions to enhance transparency and supplier competitiveness.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure procurement supports technical specifications.

Experience requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Background in FMCG or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple categories and adapt to assignments from regional procurement leadership
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for procurement operations.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
