- Plan and execute business strategies, while identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and land analysis, evaluating business risks and their implications on project viability.
- Analyze target customer segments, competitive landscape, market channels, and define project branding/tiering strategies.
- Research and evaluate business opportunities to support strategic business development initiatives.
- Define the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for new developments and major renovations, crafting a “winning strategy” to stay ahead of competitors.
- Develop business models and assess financial viability through comprehensive financial analysis.
- Collaborate closely with project design teams on concept development and thematic direction.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development, Feasibility Analysis, or related functions.
- Experience in the Hospitality and/or Commercial Office sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
