Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Understand client needs and align them with company products or solutions.
  • Own and manage the complete B2B sales cycle - from lead generation, qualification, and solution presentation to negotiation and closing deals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in B2B.
  • Strong skills in sales, product presentation, and negotiation to maximize benefits for the organization.
  • Customer service-oriented (Service Mind) and able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Capable of providing guidance and developing the skills of team members under supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
