Project Management - OpX FM (SPX Express)

• Develop project plan and strategy in conjunction with other teams and be able to drive and implement projects on the ground whilst monitoring roll out progress and key KPIs including fleet and agent product, service quality, service level and buyer/seller satisfaction
• Coordinate effectively between all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment prior to project roll out
• Assist in the planning and implementation of cross functional projects to ensure projects meet intended goals and are implemented within targeted timeline.
• Collaborate with the operational excellence team on identifying key metrics and developing dashboards to monitor these.
• Conduct benchmark analysis with key competitors on both commercial and operational aspects
• Be able to problem solve when issues arise and proactively identify root cause and key next steps/solutions
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reviews, demonstrating insightful analysis to top management

• 1-3 years of experience in project management
• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, logistics, engineering or related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, being able to influence different stakeholders to make things happen.
• Comfortable in fast paced environment and adaptive to changes
