Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points, to facilitate efficient data transmission and connectivity.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding network connectivity, hardware/software issues, and system performance.
Perform routine network monitoring and system health checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows servers, including user account management, file/print services, and backup procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network and system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements in accordance with established protocols.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Assist in conducting security audits and implementing remediation measures to protect network infrastructure and systems against cyber threats.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing network and system performance and reliability.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป หรือ คณะวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง, equivalent certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices, such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, subnetting, VLANs, and basic routing protocols.
Experience with Windows/Linux server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Ability to drive a car or a motorcycle.
